Cancellation policy

Your KRALL Essentials subscription

For participating products, you can choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription. A subscription automatically repeats the selected quantity at the displayed delivery interval. The subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout applies per delivery. Shipping is charged separately as shown at checkout; the subscription discount applies to the product price only.

Billing and delivery

The first payment is taken at purchase. Further payments are taken automatically at the agreed interval using the subscription-compatible payment method selected at checkout. Monthly intervals follow the calendar and do not represent a fixed number of days. Pack duration is an estimate based on the stated directions; your actual usage may vary.

Manage flexibly

There is no minimum number of deliveries. In your customer account under “My subscriptions”, you can pause your subscription, skip an upcoming delivery or cancel future deliveries. Make changes before the next scheduled billing date. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created.

Your statutory withdrawal, warranty and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Orders already created are also subject to the shop’s general order and return terms.

A subscription is a delivery service, not a recommendation for continuous use or for combining multiple products. Please follow the directions and warnings for each product.
